As far as Surfboard Rentals, we have over 100 rental boards (mostly longer boards and SUPs).
Board Rental Policy
Just to review:
Clients must bring their own adequate leashes. (2)
We inspect the board or SUP you choose together
Client accepts full responsibility for board and paddle damage or loss and will leave a $180 cash damage deposit before taking possession of any boards. $280 cash damage deposit must be left for SUPs.
Rental Fees
Board Switching Policy
Boards can be switched as desired by first turning in the previous board for inspection. (We don't worry about a scratch or two... but a puncture into the foam could cause you to forfeit your deposit.)
Damage Deposit Information
If deposit is forfeited another $180 or $280 cash deposit must be left with a crew member before taking possession of any more boards.
Better to be clear about policy now. Actually very few people have lost their deposit... but Things Can Happen in the blink of an eye that one might not even be aware of.
Please remember board repairs on a desert island will cost double what your local surf shop might charge you.
